The rooms are smaller than what is listed on Expedia/Hotels.com. And as someone else had mentioned in prior comments, the hotel has a shared use arrangement where non-hotel guests use the common area. But then the hotel asks guests to sign a waiver stating that they are not responsible for anything stolen or lost from guests, while guests have to sign a waiver saying that they are responsible for anything lost or stolen in their room during their stay despite the rooms being accessible to shared common areas. Will not stay again.

The Five Hotel & Resort Evara was a hidden gem that we found cloes to Hanoi which is just a 30 ride away. We stayed there for 4 nights and the place was super clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. The place was also serviced daily.
It also had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven as well as a cook top. The only (minor) issue was that there were no cookware, utensils, or plates provided. We didn't have time to cook so it wasn't much of an issue. But the availability of a cooktop felt redundant because there were no other equipment to cook with.
Overall, the place was really nice and would definitely boo again if we come back.
